这部分业务与BAKER HUGHES公司、CHAMPION公司和ONDEO-NALCO公司进行全方位合作，以他们的研发机构和油田化学产品为依托，利用他们的数千种产品和强大的技术支持，主要服务于海上和陆地油气田生产开采中所面临的各种能够通过化学处理方案解决的问题和挑战（包含钻井化学ADOMITE、油田化学OFC、炼化工业化学RFM），包括了所有在石油能源工业中所需的化学药剂和解决方案。
